Design and implementation of Chestniy znak dairy products accounting system

Design and implementation of dairy products accounting system and connecting it to the Chestniy znak system.

Starting from June 1, 2021, “cheese” category becomes mandatory for labeling in the Russian Federation, in this regard, it is forbidden to supply unmarked products to the territory of the Russian Federation. A finished product cheese production lines accounting system with the option of ordering DataMatrix codes, generating reports and sending information to the Chestniy znak system must be implemented.

• Obtaining codes from the Chestniy znak information system;
• Transfer of DataMatrix pack codes to the printer;
• Application of DataMatrix code to a pack;
• Controlling the application of DataMatrix code to a pack;
• Rejection of packs with unreadable codes;
• Generating and sending reports on products put into circulation to the Chestniy ZNAK system;
• Determining the rejection causes, informing the line operator of the neccessity to perform regulated actions;
• Maintaining a database and receiving statistical reports (all actions and events);
• Forming and storing an archive of recipes for a technological line with an option to select the current one;
• Generating report files with any given structure and transferring them over the network;
• Ability to import/export data from the company’s data systems according to a separately agreed-to algorithm;
• User-friendly human-machine interface with different access levels.
